How To Order

How to order:
Please complete the Online Order Form or print the Order Form.
Complete all delivery and contact details and select your preferred payment option.

We accept payment by Paypal, cheque and direct deposit. Credit card payments can be accepted via PayPal, even if you do not have a PayPal account.

Please wait for your order to be confirmed via email, advising the total cost, prior to making payment.
Substitute plants will not be provided unless specifically requested.

How long before orders are despatched?
Plants are sent early in the week following payment processing if possible. In busy periods early in spring there can be delays due to the volume of orders received. Plants are picked and processed in the order they are received. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Seasonal availability:
Orders may only be partially filled due to seasonal availability. Some plants may still be in production and this can vary depending on the weather. If there are undue delays you will be contacted. Where possible this will be indicated on the website.

What do I do when plants arrive?
Open package and water pots well or stand in a tray of water until ready to repot or plant.
Planting and care instructions are sent with every order.
